3D treatment plans designed by orthodontists

We will create the 3D treatment plan and help you manage the case — from the initial setup through treatment completion. Once the plan is approved, you will receive ready-to-print stage files for producing the aligners in your own laboratory.

Murad Shamov

Orthodontist · Digital treatment planning specialist

He has worked with clear aligners since 2017 and has completed more than 1,500 clinical cases. He is an active member of the International Aligner Academy (IACA) and works with clinics in different countries, including complex treatment plans and cases involving combined orthodontic mechanics.

Your case will never be passed to an anonymous technician. You will always know who is working on your setup and will be able to discuss clinical decisions directly with the orthodontist responsible for the plan.

Three clear steps of working with our team

  1. Uploading scans and case records

    You submit the case

Upload the upper and lower arch scans, bite registration, clinical photographs, radiographs and your treatment goals through your account on the website.

  2. You approve the setup

We prepare the first version of the treatment plan. You review it in the interactive 3D viewer and, if necessary, leave comments for revision.

  3. You receive the files

Once the plan is approved, you receive the stage files required to print the models and manufacture the aligners in your own laboratory.

Everything you need to start and manage the treatment

We do not simply arrange teeth in software. You receive a clinically developed treatment plan, direct communication with an orthodontist and support after treatment has started.

  • 01

    Setup by a practicing orthodontist

Every case is personally planned by Mikhail Shishkin or Murad Shamov, taking into account biomechanics, clinical limitations and the treatment goals set by the doctor.

  • 02

    Interactive approval

You review the plan in the 3D viewer, assess the intermediate stages and can request changes before final approval.

  • 03

    IPR, attachments and mechanics plan

The setup includes interproximal reduction, attachments, anchorage, elastics and other additional elements required to implement the treatment plan.

  • 04

    Ready-to-print stage files

Once the setup is approved, you receive the files required to print the models and manufacture the aligners in your own laboratory.

  • 05

    Clinical commentary

You receive explanations of the key planning decisions, the limitations of the case and important aspects of patient management.

  • 06

    Supervision during treatment

We remain available after treatment begins and help with planning questions, tracking problems and situations requiring additional mechanics or treatment correction.

When suitable CBCT data is provided, we can take root positions and alveolar bone boundaries into account.
